Air fresheners for offices

An office needs different things in different rooms. A washroom needs a dispenser that runs by itself. A meeting room needs a scent so light that nobody mentions it. The pantry needs something to clear the smell of reheated lunch by two o’clock. Here is how we would equip a floor.

Room by room

Washrooms. Put an auto air freshener dispenser for offices on the wall. It comes in automatic and semi-automatic versions. Give housekeeping a can of bathroom air freshener (lemon) or toilet air freshener (jasmine, 75 g) for use after each clean. In the gents, add urinal screens.

Reception and lobby. The LCD room freshener dispenser takes a 250 mL refill and shows its settings on a screen, so the front-desk team can check and change the timed release without guessing.

Cabins and meeting rooms. The micro aroma room freshener dispenser also takes a 250 mL refill, and you can adjust both how often it releases and how strong. Keep it low in closed rooms. The office air freshener spray in rose suits a quick refresh before a client meeting.

Pantry. The kitchen air freshener in jasmine is for use after cooking, when the microwave queue has done its damage.

One order for the whole office

Count what each room needs, add refills for the first few months, and send the list through Get Best Quote. Prices are on the product cards where listed. For the rest, the quote covers it. If you are setting up washrooms from scratch, the same order can include soap dispensers, hand dryers, tissue paper dispensers and feminine hygiene bins.

This page is a short list for offices. For the full range, including LED, remote control and micro-burst models, see air freshener dispensers. Every product is checked for durability, strength, construction, dimensional accuracy and performance before it leaves Navi Mumbai, and customised packaging is available.
